We offer very competitive rates and do not have a one size fits all policy as our clientele is very diverse and their needs are equally as diverse.

Rates apply to hours actually worked in 15-minute increments. Our fees do not include office supplies, paper, postage, courier, long distance etc. These will be charged separately.

Per Project Rates

A one-hour minimum is required for all services and projects.

• General Administration- $25.00 per hour
• Planning & Coordination- $25.00 per hour
• Document Preparation- $25.00 per hour
• Desktop Publishing- $30.00 per hour

Referrals

Clients who get us referrals get a 10% discount off their next invoice.

Billing

Clients get their invoices on the last day of the month.

Retainer Rates

Retainer clients requiring on-going monthly support are given priority. Rates are also discounted for recurring services depending on retained hours.
